This year's new Future Leaders Experience (FLE) class is a premier 18-month executive education program designed by Page members to develop rising communications leaders across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). With five in-person sessions hosted in major business hubs, this cohort-based experience blends immersive learning, regional relevance, and global leadership preparation.
This new program builds on the success of Page’s U.S.-based FLE and reflects Page’s commitment to developing talent beyond borders. It offers a powerful opportunity for high-potential communicators to expand their leadership capacity, deepen strategic acumen, and connect with a peer network that will shape the future of the profession.
Program Overview
Future Leaders Experience (FLE) is a professional development journey designed for the next generation of strategic communicators across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. While the curriculum is tailored for leadership in the EMEA region, we actively welcome US-based candidates looking to expand their international expertise. Please note that all in-person sessions are hosted at key hubs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, offering a unique immersion into the global business landscape.
- Exclusive Cohort: A select cohort of high-potential senior communications leaders from Page member organizations and global partner member organizations.
- Immersive Format: Five in-person 3- day sessions that take place across the EMEA region, supplemented by continuous virtual engagement events.
- Expert Governance: Curated by the FLE Advisory Council composed of current CCOs, veteran CCOs, and agency CEOs.
