The world IS different - there is no denying that. What is only started to being appreciated is to what extent, in what ways, and how that will affect us. Gone are the 'nice-to-do's-because-we've-always-done-it'. Hello to 'we-have-tos-because-it-matters' and letting other things go by the wayside. Reputation matters. Communication matters. But more importantly, the MATERIALITY of communication matters. How does what PR does link into the operations? How is it really supporting the organisation to drive change? And what change can and should it be impacting?
