JUNE 26, 2025 – NEW YORK – As part of its continued global transformation, Page is announcing several key leadership transitions and appointments that reflect both the organization’s legacy and its bold future.
After years of dedicated service, Peter Debreceny, Page’s longtime Vice President of International, will retire at the end of June. A member since 1999 and Distinguished Service Award honoree, Peter stepped into this role 7+ years ago and has played a pivotal part in shaping Page’s global strategy, championing the country chair and regional leader model, and fostering a truly international membership community.
Peter’s leadership has expanded Page’s presence across Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. His work laid the foundation for the globally unified Page that members know today. We are deeply grateful for his vision, mentorship, and unwavering commitment to Page’s mission.
To continue this work, the Page Board of Trustees has approved the appointment of Kelly North as Senior Advisor to the CEO. In this new role, Kelly will work closely with the Page leadership team and regional chairs to support global integration, community building, and strategic continuity.
Kelly brings deep experience with Page, having served in a leadership role as Country Co-Chair in the UK while she was Senior Vice President at Mubadala Investment Company. Her collaborative approach and international perspective make her well-positioned to support the organization’s evolution.
The Board has also approved the appointment of three 2025–2026 Page Fellows, who will serve as senior advisors to Page’s new functional leadership team which will be announced in the coming months. Each will bring deep expertise and experience to their assigned portfolio:

His work has spanned corporate transformation, crisis leadership, and CEO communications. He also served on the board of the European Association of Communication Directors (EACD) from 2010 to 2018, bringing valuable perspective on elevating the communications profession across Europe.
A former journalist and CCO with iconic institutions such as the ACLU and IOC, Becky has led teams across the globe while based in the U.S., London, and Geneva, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and narrative change. She was part of the Future Leaders Experience, Page Up and is now a member of th Page Board of Trustees.
Formerly with Steelcase, Mynaric, and CERTANIA, Michael brings decades of experience in operations, brand strategy, and communications across Europe, the U.S., and global markets. He has worked across a variety of industries—public and private—as well as in agencies and corporate communication functions.
The Fellows will support Page’s transition to a new operating model by advising on regional relevance, functional strategy, and leadership development. This marks a critical milestone in Page’s evolution and signals the organization’s commitment to continuity, excellence, and global impact.
As part of its evolving leadership structure, Page has appointed three new Vice Presidents, effective immediately:
These appointments mark the first phase of a broader organizational transition that will take place in early 2026. The new VP team will help shape and guide Page’s member experience, learning, and operational strategy.
The full implementation of the new structure, including team and departmental realignment, will begin with the new fiscal year on January, 2026. More details will be shared at the Annual Meeting in September.
These leadership appointments reflect Page’s commitment to honoring the wisdom of its past while investing in the strength of its future. As Page evolves into a more globally unified and digitally empowered community, the contributions of Kelly, the Fellows and new VPs will help ensure that transformation is both meaningful and lasting.
We look forward to working with these leaders in the months ahead and to continuing to build a Page Society that reflects the diversity, dynamism, and excellence of the global communications profession.
