Trust Across America, dedicated to unraveling the complexities of trustworthy business behavior, has selected Roger Bolton, former President and current Trustee of the Arthur W. Page Society, as one of its Top 100 Thought Leaders in Trustworthy Business Behavior.
The list of Top 100 Thought Leaders also includes such notables as Stephen M.R. Covey, Co-founder and CEO of CoveyLink Worldwide and the author of The SPEED of Trust; Indra Nooyi, Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo, and Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos. Roger Bolton is an independent public relations counselor and a member of APCO Worldwide's International Advisory Council. He works closely with APCO Worldwide and Gagen MacDonald. He specializes in strategic issues, including reputation, brand and culture change.
Previously, Bolton served as senior vice president of communications at Aetna, a $35 billion provider of health care benefits. He also chaired Aetna's Council for Organizational Effectiveness – a group of senior executives responsible for helping the company achieve high performance through culture.
Bolton is a past president of the Arthur W. Page Society, and currently co-chairs the Page Society's Thought Leadership Committee. In 2009, Bolton co-authored a Special Report on The Dynamics of Public Trust in Business, a collaboration between the Page Society and the Business Roundtable's Institute for Corporate Ethics.
