NEW YORK, NY / AUGUST 11, 2026 — Page announced the launch of the Polansky Future Leaders Fund, a permanent fund established through a founding gift from 2025 Page Hall of Fame inductee and former Weber Shandwick Global CEO Andy Polansky. The primary purpose of this Fund is to support, inspire and empower emerging talent and increase diversity among senior leaders in the communications profession while strengthening Page’s premier leadership development program—Future Leaders Experience (FLE).
As a premier organization for senior strategic communications leaders, Page is invested in strengthening the leadership pipeline of the communications industry. Page launched FLE in 2009—a two-year executive education program designed to prepare high-potential rising communications leaders for the chief communications officer role. The Polansky Future Leaders Fund builds on that purpose by helping ensure that FLE continues to provide world-class programming to prepare tomorrow’s leaders to thrive in a complex, turbulent, fast-paced, AI-powered world. The Fund reflects Page's continued commitment to ensure a diverse pipeline of future communications leaders and build programming that is contemporary and practical.
"Throughout my career, I’ve benefited from leaders who invested in me," said Andy Polansky. "It is important to continue investing in the future of the Communications function. Creating this fund is my way of paying that forward. I hope it opens doors for talented communications professionals to a program that is built to strengthen and diversify the rising leadership of the business. The future of our profession depends on the leaders we develop today."
"Leadership is built through opportunity," said Rochelle Ford, PhD, APR, CEO of Page. "The Polansky Future Leaders Fund ensures more emerging communications leaders can access the experiences, mentorship and network that prepare them for senior leadership. The responsibility lies on us to continue building a strong pipeline of diverse Communications leaders who will lead us into the future using the Page Principles. We’re grateful to Andy for helping create a lasting investment in both people and the future of our profession."
The Fund will begin supporting FLE participants in 2026, connecting executive education with ongoing mentorship and peer support. It is designed as a permanent fund, giving others in the Page community an opportunity to contribute in the years ahead.
