New York – September 30, 2025 — The Board of Trustees of Page, the premier global professional association for senior corporate communications executives, has elected Darcy Keller as the next Chair of the Page Board of Trustees. In a professional capacity, Darcy currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Corporate Marketing and Communications at Dimensional Fund Advisors, a global investment firm. Darcy’s term will begin January 1, 2026, succeeding Kelli Parsons, Global CEO of Hill & Knowlton, who has served as Chair since 2024.
Under Kelli Parsons’ leadership, Page accelerated growth and global engagement; invested in innovative resources to equip members for the AI age, including the Page Navigator benchmarking system; delivered distinctive programming to strengthen its community; and achieved a successful CEO transition. Darcy’s appointment builds on that momentum, positioning Page to continue broadening its influence and impact. With Darcy’s leadership, Page will continue to advance its vision: to be the global organization with the most pioneering thinking and influence on communication leadership, empowering CCOs and their teams to strengthen business and society.
The Page Chair is the highest elected position in the organization, entrusted with leading a 27-member Board of Trustees, setting the strategic agenda in partnership with the CEO, and serving as a visible ambassador for the Page community around the world. It is one of the most prestigious leadership roles in the field of corporate communications, carrying with it the responsibility to advance the profession and amplify the influence of chief communication officers globally. In selecting a Chair, the Board seeks a leader who has demonstrated deep commitment to Page, earned the respect of peers, and shown the vision to guide the organization through a period of momentum and transformation.
“Darcy is a dynamic leader who has already made a tremendous impact on Page, from chairing our landmark 2016 Annual Conference in London, the organization’s first-ever conference outside of the United States, a milestone in Page’s ongoing global expansion, to shaping the organization’s growth and diversification as a trustee,” said Brian Lott, CCO at Mubadala Investment Company and Chair of Page’s Nominating and Governance Committee. “She embodies the next chapter for Page: a sitting CCO with global experience, digital fluency, and a clear understanding of how our profession is changing. Those qualities, combined with her global perspective, energy and vision, make her uniquely suited to lead Page at this exciting moment.”
Darcy is an accomplished global communications and marketing executive with more than two decades of experience across the media, finance, and education sectors. At Dimensional, she oversees corporate, executive, external and employee communications, media relations, social and paid media, content marketing, and reputation management.
She previously spent more than a decade at the Financial Times, where she was Chief Communications and Marketing Officer and a member of the FT Group Executive Board. She has been a Page member since 2013, a trustee since 2017, and currently co-chairs the Membership Committee, where she has played a leading role in strengthening and diversifying the Page community.
“Every day I see firsthand the opportunities and challenges communication leaders face. That’s why I’m deeply honored and excited to be elected Chair of Page and to support the evolving and critical responsibilities of the CCO role,” Darcy said. “Page is entering a period of tremendous momentum—expanding globally, delivering pioneering research like the Page Navigator System, and creating new ways for members to connect and learn. I look forward to working with the Page Board and team to build on this progress, and with our community to elevate the impact of chief communication officers worldwide.”
As Chair, Darcy will help guide Page through its next phase of growth. Working closely with the Board and CEO Rochelle Ford, her priorities include advancing Page’s global presence, expanding member engagement, and amplifying pioneering initiatives such as the Benchmarking Report and Page Navigator. She is particularly committed to ensuring Page remains at the forefront of how the profession is evolving—equipping CCOs to lead on issues of trust, digital transformation, and global business challenges.
Darcy lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband, Jarrett, and their three children. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where she studied journalism and graduated with high honors, she is also known for her passion for mentoring talent, building strong and collaborative cultures, and helping organizations adapt to change.
