Page is pleased to announce that Ethan McCarty, CEO and Founder of Integral, has been elected as the next Chair of Page Up, the professional development and networking community for senior communications leaders.
An early member of Page Up, Ethan has been deeply involved since its inception, chairing a Page Up Annual Conference, a Page Spring Seminar, and co-creating the Manage for Tomorrow Award. He is also a graduate of the Future Leaders Experience (FLE) program.
Ethan brings more than 25 years of experience leading global communications, employee experience and engagement, and marketing initiatives at organizations including Bloomberg LP and IBM. At Integral, he advises senior leaders on how to build high-performing, human-centered organizations through a strategic focus on employee experience and internal communication.
As Chair, Ethan will lead Page Up into its next chapter of growth and impact. His focus will be on sharpening the group’s mission, deepening collaboration with Page, expanding mentorship opportunities, and helping the network continue to cultivate the next generation of senior communications leaders. Known for his combination of strategic insight and community spirit, Ethan embodies the values of service, innovation, and collegiality that define Page Up.
