DEI is once again front-page news across the country. For many senior human resource and communications executives, successfully managing through the many DEI-related issues now being raised is a major priority in the year ahead.
Most of us are aware of the two Executive Orders issued recently by President Trump that directly affect this subject; see those two EOs here and here. Businesses are scrambling to evaluate their DEI initiatives, assure current initiatives are aligned with corporate values, and determine how such programming should be described.
