We invite Page and Page Up corporate members to join us for our Civility Call (Page’s ongoing series to address the threat of incivility in the workplace during this turbulent political campaign season) on Monday, September 16 at 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. ET. Led by Page member Bob Feldman, founder of the Dialogue Project, and Bill Boulding, dean of Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, this session promises rich, important content and provocative discussion.
Our focus will be scenario planning for Election Day and thereafter. Most of us presume the election will be tight and therefore the days and weeks following election day may be fraught. Companies are wondering how to plan for this eventuality. No one has the answer because what’s right for one organization is likely not right for the other. But discussing the subject, discussing potential frameworks, listening to questions and observations and collaborating on ways to plan for this period all will have enormous value
