About the Event

With the midterms in less than a week, companies need to be prepared for the possibility of significant stress and anxiety in the workplace.

Have you considered what your business leaders may need to say, and what they won’t want to say? Are your company’s mental health resources prepared and do your people know how to easily access those resources? Close races and recounts can drag on, and workplace conversations can create a tense environment; are your managers prepared?

These are tough business issues we may prefer not to tackle but most forward-looking companies do. It doesn’t mean you need to be pro-active; it simply means you need to be prepared.

Our second one-hour session will be Thursday, October 29th at 4:00 p.m. EDT. Bob Feldman, founder of the Dialogue Project, will moderate. Our featured guests include:

These sessions are always high value and deeply engaging. Our guests will share their experiences and insights during the first half of the call, and the balance will be devoted to questions and collective knowledge-sharing. You won’t want to miss it.
