Autorenewal Membership Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in autorenewal for Page/Page Up membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility at Renewal
- You must hold a qualifying role as defined by Page/Page Up membership criteria at the time of renewal.
OR
- You have been grandfathered in/have been granted continuous membership in Page or exempt membership in Page Up.
Payment Authorization
- By opting into autorenewal, you authorize Page to automatically charge your designated payment method for your annual membership dues at the start of each membership term.
- You will receive a reminder at least 40 days prior to the renewal date, including the dues amount and date of charge.
Changes to Eligibility or Employment
- You are responsible for notifying Page of any changes to your professional role or employment status that may impact your eligibility.
- Page reserves the right to review and suspend your autorenewal if you no longer meet membership criteria. If a payment has already been processed prior to notification of a change in your eligibility, Page may issue a refund at its discretion.
Opting Out
- You may cancel autorenewal at any time by providing written notice to Page at least 15 days prior to your renewal date.
- Opting out does not affect your current term of membership. Opting out will prevent future automatic charges, until you notify Page of your desire to opt back into automatic renewals.
Policy Updates
- Page reserves the right to update these terms and conditions with prior notice. Continued participation in autorenewal after changes are made will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
If you have questions or wish to update your autorenewal preferences, please contact the Page membership team at contactus@page.org.
